1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to identify you and market your property:

  • Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number.

  • Property Details: Address, listing price, square footage, and property descriptions.

  • Media: Photos and videos you upload for your listing.

  • Payment Information: Processed securely via our third-party payment gateway (we do not store your full credit card details on our servers).

2. How Your Data is Shared (MLS & Syndication)

To provide the $99 listing service, we must share your property data with third parties:

  • Multiple Listing Service (MLS): Your property information is uploaded to the local Florida MLS.

  • Real Estate Portals: The MLS "feeds" your data to sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and Trulia.

  • Public Display: Per real estate regulations, your property address and features will be public. However, your personal phone number is typically kept in the "Broker Only" section of the MLS to protect you from public telemarketing.

3. Lead Forwarding & Communication

  • Buyer Leads: Inquiries from Zillow, Realtor.com, and other portals are sent to our brokerage. We use an automated system (Dialpad) to route these leads directly to you.

  • No Sale of Data: We do not sell your personal contact information to third-party "lead buyers" or outside mortgage companies. Your data is used strictly to facilitate your listing.

4. Security & Compliance

  • Data Protection: We use SSL encryption and secure servers to protect your information.

  • E-Sign Security: All state-mandated disclosure forms are handled through secure, encrypted e-signature platforms.

  • Florida Law: We comply with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and all Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC) privacy standards.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies to improve your experience on ListWithFlex.com, such as remembering your listing progress. You can disable cookies in your browser, though it may limit some site functionality.

6. Your Rights

You may request to view, edit, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Please note that once a property is "Active" on the MLS, certain data points must remain public until the listing is canceled or expired to comply with MLS rules.
