Florida Flex Realty is a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Florida. Our services include, but are not limited to:

Flat-Fee MLS Listings: Listing properties on the Stellar MLS for a set fee.
Transaction Management & Audits: Professional compliance and document auditing services.
Brokerage Consultation: Real estate representation and advisory services.

2. Flat-Fee Listing Terms (ListWithFlex.com)

Scope of Service: The $99 "Basic" listing package is strictly for the purpose of providing MLS exposure. This package does not include offer negotiation, contract auditing, or transaction protection unless additional services are purchased.
Accuracy of Information: The user (Seller) is responsible for providing accurate property data. Florida Flex Realty is not liable for inaccuracies provided by the Seller that are subsequently published to the MLS.
Compliance: All listings must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by Stellar MLS and Florida law.

3. Payments and Refunds

Processing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe through our Jotform intake systems.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of MLS integration and document auditing, fees are generally non-refundable once the service (listing activation or audit commencement) has been initiated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on these websites, including logos, branding, text, and the "Unbroken Path" visual strategy, is the property of Florida Flex Inc. and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Florida Flex Inc. provides these websites and services on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for 100% accuracy in our audits and listings, we do not guarantee that the websites will be error-free. Florida Flex Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information via our Jotform intake systems.
Attempt to bypass website security or interfere with the proper working of the sites.
Use the services for any unauthorized or illegal real estate activities.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pasco County, Florida.
